December 7th is going to be busy day. Been invited to see Jerry Seinfield and Vegas Matt. Both will be in CT.
Our annual company holiday party DancePartyProductions.com is on that day too.
A time to thank all our staff. Yes bonuses too. We decided to kick back a have our people enjoy themselves. No DJ entertainment. We have a band.
So Jerry and Matt will have to wait.

We've been getting calls for 2024 New Years Eve and Halloween entertainment. Myself and our entertainment staff members are booked for that night. Most dates are booked a year in advance. As for Weddings we are booking into 2026. Some clients are given our quote. However, they continue to price shop. We can't always agreed you'll be happy with our quote. But it will be fair. Based on our service and entertainment. Some customers will contact us again with a deposit. Unfortunately other clients have signed a entertainment agreement with us and deposit.

Unfortunately due to some unforeseen circumstances, we've made the difficult decision to postpone this event until spring. We are committed to making this first event successful for all, and that means postponing. We will announce a new date soon.

Thank you for Car Club of New England, Crusin' with Bruce Marshall, Westover Metropolitan Airport and so many of you who have shown excitement about this event.

Another weekend will soon be upon us. This is DancePartyProductions.com DJ
work schedule. 4 weddings. 2 Jack and Jill's. Sound work for a local band. Trivia and Karaoke entertainment too. Summer residency in Atlantic City and recently announced for the 2025 season.

A typical day with dancepartyproductions.com

It's another jack and jill party from 6 pm to midnight on Sept 7th.
Set up starts. Packing equipment at 2 pm and driving to event.

Set up time is from 3 pm to 430 pm
Apparently the venue booked has a number of stairs for us climb to unload. Maybe that's why this venue was still available to rent at this late date and cheap. Do we charge Xtra for stairs. We do. Why you ask.
All our equipment are packed on carts with wheels. For easy set up. Now our labor costs increased. Muti people are needed to bring equipment upstairs.

Sound check and talk with client last minute changes or just to go over jack and jill planner that we supplied. 430 til 5 pm
Guests start arriving at 530 pm.

Event ends at midnight. Now it's equipment breakdown and down stairs once again. Midnight to 1 am. Travel back to office and unload 1 am to 2 am.

So when everyone only sees you for 6 hours. It's really a normal 12 hour day for us. Remember, cost of a event is based on a number of factors. We'll never promise all DJ services are all alike. But you get what you pay for. This will be our day today.

Sunday were off to DJ a Car Show in New York. On that note. I'd like to put rumors to rest. We have not retired from doing car shows.
Then a Jack n Jill Party that night in CT. Labor Day DJing a car show in Vermont. We love car shows.
