OKLAHOMA VOICE: Despite an Oklahoma Supreme Court decision looming on whether Corporation Commissioner Todd Hiett may vote on cases involving companies with direct knowledge of his alleged misconduct, he took part in actions Tuesday, Nov. 26, 2024, that allowed large rate increases to proceed for the state’s two biggest electric utilities.
