Earlier this week, Pitchfork Music Festival announced it will not return in 2025, after 19 years of the annual fest. The news came as a surprise to past attendees and performers.

Pitchfork Fest was a strong supporter of local artists, many of whom are disappointed and saddened by the festival’s departure. We heard from three Chicago musicians following the news.
