If you're a Park Ridge-Niles School District 64 resident, parent or taxpayer, what's your reaction to the district's proposed $98 million referendum? It would make your property tax bill go up about $400 a year--for the owner of a home with $400,000 property value, and about $600 more per year for the owner of a $600,000 home.
