Way back Wednesday.
2004 at the former Double Door location in Chicago, Wicker Park.
I got the wonderful opportunity to sing back up for James Chance( James Chance & The Contortions ) Members of the band Watchers filling the ranks of the "Contortions" band.
His brother David was leading the band and organized the tour.
You can see me on the right side , vintage dress and black bouffant ever glorious lol. It was a bit cramped on the stage to say the least. Fond memories.. I wish I had more footage but here's "Sax Maniac". The set included a lot of his classics as well as James Brown covers.
