Ms. Alexis is at it again! The 2s made sidewalk paint Easier then drawing with chalk, this paint can be made thin or thicker depending on how rich you want your colors. Use more water and larger brushes for more ease of painting. A great, inexpensive outdoor activity for the kids!

Registration is open! Starting April 6, 2024 Jeff da Illest started the journey of our Eastside youth into the world of DJing. DJing is a skill and an art that your child will have forever. Overall, a creative art form like DJing can offer many ways in which a child can develop their knowledge and mental agility. General Music Knowledge, Music Theory, and Music Technology are all a part of of the art of DJing. Mental health, well-being, mental agility, creative and social benefits are also great reasons to add DJing to your child’s enrichment activities.

Opportunities to turns with preschoolers teaches them to share and cooperate with others!

While Uno cards promote number recognition as well as color recognition they also provide an opportunity to to learn how to take turns. Children are not born knowing how to take turns. It is a skill that they must be taught. Taking turns can be hard. In order to learn how to take turns successfully, children need lots practice, help and encouragement. When children learn how to take turns they also learn other valuable skills such as:

� Being a good friend �
Self-control
� Problem-solving
� Patience
� Communication �
Listening
� Negotiation

Incorporate turn-taking into your everyday routine and tell your kiddo, “We are taking turns! This is fun!”
