Dr. Webb Evans (Nov. 20th 1913), Min. Rahim (Nov. 20th 1957) When we met, we didn't know that we shared the same Earthday! He founded the United Black American Progress Association, a "Buy Black"movement the has been educating Black people on the tremendous need to circulate the Black dollars with Black owned Businesses. He made his transition on February 23rd 2015 at 101 years old.
