Good morning! Was feeling this one today 🩷 A girlfriend and I were chatting about this a lot a couple weeks ago. Her daughter in high school wrote a beautiful little essay (just to chat with her parents, sister and brother over the dinner table) about how we feel nourished from good friends. And how we can feel depleted when it's not a heatlhy friendship. And...how important it is for us to tune inside and listen to our heart and gut 🎯
