This sauce was amazing. Chef put crushed cherry tomatoes , roasted green peppers, pearl onions, and lions mane marinara on kamut pasta. Seasoned with Nana's All Purpose Alkaline Seasoning, added his puja mix (available at www.thefoodarchictectindy.com or at his store located at The Amp ) date sugar and a touch of maple syrup, the flavor profile was wild. Lump Lions mane "crab cakes" over seasoned quinoa topped with kimchi and scallions. Tore the lions mane apart, browned it, and folded it into a chickpea batter with Applewood smoked dulse. .A little grapeseed oil and a cast iron skillet and Bam💥.
