Did you know that agents, casting directors, producers, and directors are not the enemy?

Generally the way the hierarchy works is, the casting director hires the actor, the director hires the cd, the producer hires the director, and the studio/network execs./show-runners, hire the producer.

Casting is a businees decision almost every time. Don't take business personally.

Are there any casting directors that seem to be doing a lot of casting for a specific network or director that you like? Take note of any patterns or correlations that you see.

PS: casting directors tend to have a couple agents they like working with frequently.
