CEO - Jodi Araujo & NADCA's Corrupt Politics: Richard Spano’s Violent Attack on My Wife & I at NADCA

Direct YouTube Video: https://youtu.be/OucmacaSIDk?si=quL1MP5NCbWnT9H_

The Truth They Don’t Want You to Know & See — In this explosive 2-part documentary, Mitchell Stonebarger reveals a jaw-dropping story involving NADCA — the organization that claims to represent the HVAC/Air Duct Cleaning industry. At the 2023 NADCA convention in New Orleans, a violent assault unfolded, and the response from NADCA leadership will leave you questioning everything.

While Richard Spano, a current NADCA member and former past director of NADCA, was involved in this shocking incident, NADCA’s leadership failed to act. Instead of justice, Mitchell and his wife were left to face the fallout — including an unjust lifetime ban from NADCA events for simply recording the aftermath. This situation has raised serious questions about corruption, bias, and cover-ups at the highest levels.

It genuinely saddens me to leave this review. As a business owner myself, I always strive to go above and beyond for my customers, and I expect the same level of service from the companies I work with. Unfortunately, AirAdvice has been nothing but a disappointment.

From the very beginning, we faced constant reliability issues. We initially ordered just one monitor to test out their system, but it arrived defective on day one. They replaced it with another unit—only for that one to be missing key components, including the formaldehyde sensors we specifically ordered. The third unit they sent lasted less than a week before breaking due to CO2 issues. A fourth unit was sent to replace that one, but its cell service stopped working, rendering it useless. Finally, after just two weeks of use, the most recent monitor has also failed.

Despite these ongoing issues, AirAdvice has now chosen to terminate our services—this is after we invested well into six figures in marketing and rebranding our company around their monitoring system. That was a mistake on my part, and I regret it. When I tried to explain our issues to Jeff Mounts at AirAdvice, he refused to acknowledge the problems and instead made excuses about internal challenges. While I sympathized with his personal situation, my business still depends on accurate, reliable air quality testing for our clients every single day.

If you are looking for dependability and accuracy, this is absolutely not the right choice. The concept behind AirAdvice is promising, but the ex*****on is severely lacking. Their devices break far too often, their customer service is unreliable, and now, instead of addressing their product failures, they have chosen to cut ties with a loyal customer rather than make things right.

As a content creator in the indoor air quality industry with a viral presence on YouTube, we have documented this entire experience, and our full review video will be published in the coming weeks. Do yourself a favor and stay as far away from this company as possible.
