🙋🙋‍♀️In a world spinning faster every day, it’s easy to get caught in the whirlwind of fear, distraction, or even pretense.

But Jesus doesn't leave His people in the dark.
He calls us to watch, to be ready, and not to be afraid.

He says:
“Do not let your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.” – John 14:27
And again:
“Look up… your redemption draws near.” – Luke 21:28

This is not a time to hide in fear.
It’s a time to stand in faith.
To trim our lamps and prepare our hearts—not in panic, but in holy expectation.

🙋🙋‍♀️: Jesus see's your struggle and knows your heart because Jesus is with you by your side. Think about Nathaniel's reaction in John 1. How profound knowing God heard Nathaniel in his lowest moment and to meet Jesus face to face connecting, "I saw you under the fig tree," Jesus told Nathaniel.

Think of how Nathaniel drew in a breath knowing the pain he had felt not 24 hours before and now knows God was there; that changed his life!! His heart opened. And he declared, ‘You are the Son of God, the King of Israel!’

Jesus sees you too. He knows your struggles, your silent prayers, your deepest hurts. You are not forgotten. You are loved. And just like Nathaniel, when you realize that Jesus has been with you all along, your heart will be set free. What is your testimony, or are you still in that struggle and need to fill that void you've been desperate to give all you have for it to be filled. I was there too once, and then I asked Jesus in my heart to take away that pain and to love me even though I was a sinner, and Jesus freed my heart, I felt the burden of the world's hurt lift off my shoulders and I could breath for the first time. Jesus filled my heart and I would'nt give that day up for anything.
Come to Him today. He is waiting for you. ❤️

🙋🙋‍♀️: WALKING WITH JESUS IN THE WILDERNESS – DAY 34 OF LENT
“Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God.” – Matthew 4:4 NKJV

In the wilderness, Jesus fasted for 40 days—not to prove His strength, but to show us the source of real strength.

While His body hungered, His soul feasted.

While Satan tempted Him with comfort, He chose calling.

In this final stretch of Lent, ask yourself: 👉 What am I truly craving?
👉 Is it relief… or renewal?
👉 Comfort… or the voice of God calling me deeper?

Jesus invites us into the same wilderness—not to break us, but to build us.
To hunger not for what fills the stomach, but for what fills the soul.

🔥 May we crave purpose more than pleasure, and presence more than provision.

Live with Integrity
Let your actions reflect the truth of God's Word. When you walk in honesty, you shine His light to those around you. “The righteous man walks in his integrity; his children are blessed after him.” – Proverbs 20:7

Serve Others
True greatness is found in service. Serve with a humble heart and love others just as Christ loves us. “Whoever wants to be great among you must be your servant.” – Matthew 20:26

Be Kind and Compassionate
Show kindness, especially to those who need it most. Your compassion can be a reflection of God's love. “Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, as God in Christ forgave you.” – Ephesians 4:32

Share Your Faith
Don’t hide your light! Share the good news with others, and let your life be a testimony of God’s grace. “Go into all the world and proclaim the gospel to the whole creation.” – Mark 16:15

Walk in Faith
Trust God even when the road seems uncertain. Faith in Him shines brighter than any earthly struggle. “For we walk by faith, not by sight.” – 2 Corinthians 5:7

Be Joyful in All Circumstances
Choose joy, knowing that your joy glorifies God, even in tough times. “Rejoice in the Lord always; again I will say, rejoice.” – Philippians 4:4

Stay Humble
Humility is the ultimate way to shine, as it makes room for God’s grace to be at work in you. “Humble yourselves before the Lord, and he will lift you up.” – James 4:10

🙋🙋‍♀️: We’re in the final stretch of Lent—40 days Jesus spent in the wilderness weren’t about starving, they were about strengthening. Bible study below:
He said:
“Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God.”
— Matthew 4:4
Jesus denied physical hunger to feed a deeper spiritual hunger.
He resisted comfort so He could walk in calling.
This week, let’s do the same.
Fast not just from food—but from distraction, doubt, and delay.
Feed your faith. Focus your heart. Follow Him.

Homework: Scripture Reflection for the Week
Spend 5-10 minutes a day in these verses. Write down what stands out and how Jesus responded to temptation and identity in the wilderness.

Matthew 4:1–11 – The full wilderness encounter
Isaiah 55:1–3 – God’s call to satisfy your soul, not your stomach
Romans 12:1–2 – Renew your mind, don’t conform
John 4:31–34 – “My food is to do the will of Him who sent me”

🙋🙋‍♀️: 7 Commands of Love from Jesus to apply to glorify God!

1. Love God with all your heart, soul, and mind
“You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.”
(Matthew 22:37)

2. Love your neighbor as yourself
“You shall love your neighbor as yourself.”
(Matthew 22:39)

3. Love one another as I have loved you
“A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another; as I have loved you.”
(John 13:34)

4. Love your enemies and pray for them
“Love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who spitefully use you.”
(Matthew 5:44)

5. Do to others as you would have them do to you
“Just as you want men to do to you, you also do to them likewise.”
(Luke 6:31)

6. Freely give as you have freely received
“Freely you have received, freely give.”
(Matthew 10:8)

7. Be merciful, just as your Father is merciful
“Therefore be merciful, just as your Father also is merciful.”
(Luke 6:36)

May these commands remind us daily that genuine love flows from a heart fully devoted to God, extended freely to everyone—from friends and neighbors to those who oppose us. In doing so, we reflect the boundless grace Jesus has shown us.

Jesus reminds us to lay our cares before Him in prayer, trusting that He holds our future. Faith isn’t about never facing worries—it’s about giving them to the One who cares for us, today and always.

Bible Study John 4 > See how Jesus approaches someone and changes through their discussion, Think about the end goal of how to witness to someone especially if they are indifferent because of a hurt in their life.
The Samaritan woman at the well ran to her town with uncontainable joy, saying, “Come, see a Man who told me everything I ever did—could this be the Christ?” (John 4). Jesus reminded His disciples that the fields are ripe for harvest—people are ready to hear the good news. Let’s share His love and watch hearts be transformed!

🙋🙋‍♀️: The 40-Day Journey: Walking with Jesus, Becoming Who You’re Meant to Be

"And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God." – Romans 12:2 NKJV

Walking with Jesus is a journey—one that transforms you from the inside out. It’s not just about believing in Him—it’s about becoming who you are in Him.

For 40 days, Jesus walked through the wilderness. It was a time of testing, refining, and revelation. And when He came out, He was stronger, ready to defeat the enemy, and step fully into His purpose.

Now, it’s your turn.

This journey is about more than just giving things up—it’s about surrendering yourself fully to God. When you do, your heart changes. Your mind shifts. Your spirit strengthens.

At the end of your 40 days in the wilderness, you step out renewed.
You know how to stand against the enemy.
You are equipped to fight battles with the Word of God.
You LEVEL UP in your faith, in your purpose, and in your identity in Christ.

Let go of who you were. Embrace who God is shaping you to be. This is your time to rise, walk in authority, and step into the power God has given you.

Filling Your Lamp with the Holy Spirit >>Matthew 25:1-13 – Parable of the Ten Virgins
The Ten Virgins: In this parable, Jesus compares ten virgins who are waiting for the bridegroom (representing Jesus’ return). Five of them are wise and prepared with extra oil, while the other five are foolish and unprepared. When the bridegroom arrives, the foolish virgins are left behind because they didn’t have enough oil.
The oil represents the Holy Spirit, and the parable teaches us the importance of being spiritually prepared. We must keep our “lamps” full of the Holy Spirit, cultivating a relationship with God through prayer, worship, and obedience to His Word.

To prepare for Jesus' return, keep your focus on Him and stay filled with the Holy Spirit. Regularly seek the Holy Spirit through prayer, reading God’s Word, and living in obedience. Ask the Holy Spirit to guide you, empower you, and help you grow in Christlikeness as you await Jesus' return.

🙋‍♀️: You Are NOT Defined by Your Struggle ✝️💪
"Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new." – 2 Corinthians 5:17 NKJV

Your struggle does NOT define you. It does not label you. It does not determine your worth. No one has the right to use your past, your pain, or your recovery as a weapon against you.

No one should exploit your struggles for their own gain.
No one should use your journey for attention.
No one should turn their back on you just because supporting you isn’t convenient for them.

We ALL struggle. That’s what makes us human. But when you’re fighting to rise above, that’s when you see who truly stands beside you.

Recovery is YOUR choice. No one can force you to change—you have to want it. But the ones who truly care? They walk with you, they lift you up, and they don’t run when things get hard.

Jesus warned against causing others to stumble. Real love doesn’t exploit—it encourages, strengthens, and respects.

So walk boldly into who God is shaping you to be. Let go of your old self, old habits, old circles. There’s nothing wrong with being better than your past. You don’t owe your old life an explanation—you owe yourself a future.
