Today's podcast is about letting go of past mistakes and hurts to live more fully in your Midlife Season.

First, we must embrace. This is a beautiful paradox that can calm the overwhelm and empower us.

I am recording today's podcast on location at Valley Forge National Park in front of the Pawlings Sycamore Tree, estimated to be 300 years old (± 20 years).

I will share my original poem, "The Embracing of Letting Go."

Poem: Egret Fading Regret (Return to Joy)

Here is my latest poem turned to cinematography.

I was walking on the banks of the river and this experience played out before me. The Egret landed right near me. Shortly after I reflected on the experience and this poem came out. I was reminded how powerful change can happen when we are fully present during the certain subtle moments in nature.
