Lake Paradise Studio

Lake Paradise Studio is a full service,Protools HD3 facility in Cherokee Village, Arkansas. We are currently involved in shopping three artists to major labels. Ongoing negotiations with all artists inlcude many of the "Big Five" companies. Doug and business partner Ron Geslin, former VP of promotion for RCA/New York recently formed Vigilante Music Group. Working with Studio engineer and producer Josh Coker and members of the world famous "Cuttin Crew", tracks are being produced on several new artists including Henderson/York, Jody Booth, Susan Hickman, Always April and many more. Josh and Jody are also working with Doug on the music for a new television pilot starring former Dallas star Patrick Duffy. This year, Doug produced a CD for Susan Hickman which garnered six first round Grammy nominations as well as played on Bayou Roux's CD, which also recieved one such honor. Producer of several top ten Texas music records, five top five, and two records which reached number 2 and 4. Recieved "R and R" Award for the Doug Spartz recording "The One Who's Leaving" which reached number 4 on the "R and R" charts. We are currently available to help new artists find their own sound and to established acts to further their vision. All artists who record at Lake Paradise are viewed as a possible future client for shopping to major label interests. We record everything from demos to full master sessions, at a price that is far more affordable than Nashville, Los Angeles, and New York, at the same quality. Session musicians available for every instrument and every style of music imaginable. Lake Paradise studios also features a large guest bedroom that can sleep 2-4 people at no extra charge. Music styles we specialize in include Country, Rock, Pop, Alt, and Gospel. No project too big or too small.
