2025… I was a year in as a first-time mom, still trying to figure out who I was again. 🥺
I was breastfeeding, exhausted, inflamed, and constantly running on empty. I kept telling myself “this is just mom life” and kept pushing my health to the back of the line.
Then more than halfway through the year I hit a point where “okay” just wasn’t good enough anymore. I was tired of being tired. Tired of the inflammation. Tired of not feeling good. Tired of my own excuses. So I finally committed to taking care of me again.
I hired my trainer Christian and he truly changed everything!! 💯 He helped me dial in my macros, rebuild strength after years of not lifting, and gave me structure, accountability, and confidence. He also offers online coaching if you need someone who actually knows what they’re doing.
And my naturopath , who I’ve trusted for years, helped me balance my hormones, stay on top of bloodwork, and support my body the right way at 38. Because real health is deeper than weight loss. It’s energy. It’s strength. It’s longevity. It’s finally feeling like yourself again!! ♥️
I’m ending this year proud of myself! It was HARD but I showed up when I didn’t feel like it. I chose discipline. And for the first time in a long time, I feel good in my body again. This is just the beginning!! 👍🏼
If you’re wanting to start, I highly recommend doing it with a partner. I’m on this journey with my hubby and my bestie, and having each other plus a great coach has been a game changer!!!
