With freezing temperatures expected tonight and more winter weather on the way, HCSO K-9 Maximus wants to remind you to look out for your outdoor pets!

Remember these tips to keep them safe:

- Bring your pets inside if you can - it’s the warmest place for them
- If they must stay outdoors, make sure they have a warm, dry shelter away from the elements
- Provide access to fresh food and unfrozen water

Remember: If you’re cold, they’re cold too! Let’s keep our furry friends safe and cozy this winter.

1.3 billion(!!) pounds of pumpkin end up wasted every year. Help us get 10 more houses signed up to have 50+ total from the Black Creek Chattanooga community!

Thank you Quail Run Farm TN for partnering with us to convert those pumpkins into animal feed and/or compost.

Donors! We need your help! We are hoping to send a bunch of doggies to foster over the next couple of months to help with our capacity crisis; however, we are running low on supplies.

We could really use martingale collars with buckles (any color , sizes medium and large), leashes, Freedom Harnesses (size large and xl), Puppy pads (any brand, size, etc), Apple Airtags, Dog Wire Kennels (large and xl), adopt me bandanas (not urgent).
