Our thoughts are with the family impacted by this incident today. We are incredibly grateful that no lives were lost, but we understand how deeply unsettling such moments can be for everyone involved.

This incident serves as a powerful reminder of the dangers present in school zones, and reinforces our mission to continually inform and educate for caution in these areas. The safety of our children and communities will always remain our top priority.

At Blue Line Solutions, we are humbled to have been able to support this case by providing the technology that helped bring this violator to justice. We remain committed to ensuring these areas are safe for children, families, and communities through our enforcement technology.

According to Youngstown police reports, the incident happened at approximately 9:07 a.m. Friday.

📢 Speed-Zone Cameras in Bristol, VA: A Win for Student Safety!

We're excited to announce that nearly a year after installing speed-zone cameras around St. Anne’s Catholic School, Virginia Middle School, and the former Stonewall Jackson Elementary School in Bristol, Virginia, the results are in—and they're remarkable.

🚸 Key Highlights: 92% reduction in overall speeding in school zones.
Specific reductions include:
97% at St. Anne’s Catholic School
81% at Stonewall Jackson Elementary School
99% at Virginia Middle School

These numbers reflect a significant shift in driver behavior, showcasing a community that values and prioritizes the safety of its students. Major Darryl Milligan of the Bristol Virginia Police Department expressed his satisfaction, stating, “I’m encouraged by the results that we’ve seen near Virginia Middle School with the same awareness will carry over to the primary school and the intermediate school." He continues, noting that these results highlight how much the public is paying attention and making safer choices.

The success of this initiative is a testament to the power of community education and technology working hand in hand.
