New constructions are popping up everywhere! Only 35% of new build constructions get a third party inspection😳. I see defects daily related to new builds. This is not to call out any specific builder either. Defects vary from community to community and I think its partly due to management in charge of subcontractors. Of course I’m biased but hear it from a home owner.

As new subdivisions pop up all over the Lowcountry, the Lennar Corporation is one of the largest home construction companies working in the area.

Your report should be a detailed snapshot of safety features, defects found and recommendations to correct them. I may not be the cheapest but I bet I’m close to being the most detailed!
