🚨 THE REPAIR ISN’T COMPLETE UNTIL IT’S VERIFIED. 🔍🏠

During the original new construction inspection, I discovered damaged roof trusses that needed to be properly addressed.

Fast forward ➡️ I was invited back for the re-inspection to verify the repairs were completed correctly AND that the proper engineering documentation was provided. 📋✅

Finding the problem is only part of the job. Making sure it was corrected properly is just as important. 💯

🔎 During a recent pre-drywall inspection, I identified microbial growth on the attic truss members — BEFORE the drywall was installed. ⚠️

🧱 Once the walls and ceilings are covered, issues like this can become much harder to identify and address.

🏗️ New construction doesn’t automatically mean perfect construction.

💧 Moisture-related concerns, workmanship issues, and potential defects can sometimes be identified while the structure is still accessible.
