🏠 2 Signs Your HVAC System Is Cooling Properly ❄️

1️⃣ Cool refrigerant line
The larger refrigerant line should feel cool/cold while the system is running, and condensation may be present.

2️⃣ Cool air from the supply vents
The air coming from your vents should be noticeably cooler than the air being pulled into the system.

⚠️ These are good signs, but they don’t guarantee the system is operating properly.

NAR’s Realtors Confidence Index shows only 17% of buyers waived their inspection contingency on winning offers in May 2026, down sharply from 25% a year earlier. Translation: buyers no longer have to gamble on a home’s condition just to win a bid.

With inventory climbing and bidding wars easing, buyers finally have room to breathe — and to protect themselves.
