PROGRESS.
We had a good meeting yesterday with the WVDA. We will be making our Ready to Eat Venison Chili meals under inspection. This will give us a Approved product that we can sell retail/wholesale to the public. Our RTE Meals are Shelf Stable and have a 25 year shelf life.

I picked this dog up on the way home from my hunt this morning. It was running across the road and I was afraid it was going to get hit. It didn't have a collar. Anyone recognize it?

I have very little info about this. I was just told it was killed in Fayette County, WV.
