Authenticity Lives Here.
The Conqueror Movement is a digital media space that connects, serves, and authentically represents Black millennial creatives and professionals. Established in 2012 by Founder, Khadijah Dennis, this platform has documented groundbreaking moments that are currently shaping today’s history such as the Emanuel 9 AME shooting response in Charleston, SC, a look at colorism in the Black community, and a breakdown of stereotypes and hidden traumas associated with Black men and their masculinity curated by Black millennial male creatives.
Our platform has witnessed amazing changes over time that have been shaped by Black millennial creatives and professionals. But not many people are made aware of what’s happening right in their back yard. We’ve sought to create a safe space where our audience can share their stories and their platforms through things like interviews, on the spot event recaps, and long form documentaries. We’ve also constructed an annual networking gala called Falling in Love With Your Passion. The mission of the event is to encourage our audience to fall in love with their passion and make themselves a priority.
