DIRTY MARTINI

2 oz | 60 ml Vodka
½ oz | 15 ml Dry Vermouth
½ oz | 15 ml Olive Brine
3 Olives (Garnish)

Instructions: Combine all ingredients except garnish in a shaking tin with ice. Shake, strain and pour the cocktail into a chilled coupe or martini glass. Garnish with olives, serve and enjoy!

RHUM RAISIN HOT TODDY

2 oz | 60 ml Arhumatic Rum & Raisin
¼ oz | 7.5 ml Honey Syrup
½ oz | 15 ml Lemon Juice
1 Lemon Wheel
1 Cinnamon Stick
4 oz | 120 ml Hot Water

Instructions: Combine all ingredients into a toddy cup for mug then stir. Serve and enjoy.

1½ oz | 45 ml PATRÓN Cristalino Tequila
½ oz | 15 ml Sweet Vermouth
½ oz | 15 ml Dry Vermouth
½ oz | 15 ml Campari
1 dash Angostura bitters
Garnish: Lemon Twist

Instructions: Stir, strain over big cube in a rocks glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.

PEACHES & DREAMS

2 oz | 60 ml Peach Brandy
½ oz | 15 ml Peach Syrup
¾ oz | 22.5 ml Pineau des Charentes
4 Dashes Peach Bitters
Expressed Lemon Twist
3 Drops Truffle Oil
Peach Fan Garnish

Instructions: Combine peach brandy (cognac may be substituted), syrup, bitters and Pineau des Charentes into a mixing glass with ice. Stir then strain cocktail into the chilled Nick and Norah. Top with 3 drops of truffle oil. Garnish with a peach fan.

That’s a wrap!

What an amazing week in New York for . I am always so humbled to spend time with such an incredible community of talented people. I love that BCB brings together the best of the industry, brands and vendors to connect for two days straight in one of the best cities in the nation.

This year, not only did I have a honor to speak on stage with and but I also had the opportunity to finally bring my wife to her first industry focused event to meet the friends and people in this space who are so important to me both personally and professionally. It was so fun getting to meet some folks who I’ve only ever communicated with in person. Needless to say, we had an incredible time and already can’t wait for next year.

1½ oz | 45 ml Grappa
¾ oz | 22.5 ml Campari
1 oz | 30 ml Sweet Amaro
Orange Twist
1 Cherry (Garnish)

Instructions: Add all ingredients (except garnish) into a mixing glass with ice. Stir and strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with a cherry. Serve and enjoy!
