The Daily Eastern News is an independent daily student publication at Eastern Illinois University with a circulation of roughly 5,000. Though the DEN is published by students at Eastern, it is independent of the administration at Eastern and does not represent or promote the official views of the administration. • spread falsehoods, conspiracy theories, and/or unsupported or debunked claims;

Please remember that this is a student newspaper and we do not have someone available 24/7 to monitor comments.
