Jessica had an amazing two days of coaching at New Castle County Head Start in Delaware. Even a snow day didn't deter her! And it was cold! Making Ripples!

Jessica is back home on Johns Island, South Carolina after a day of coaching way over in New Mexico. Cuba Elementary School, New Mexico. I love being a part of their journey into Conscious Discipline®! It was great to see their progress. I love seeing the Ripples.

WOW! What an amazing two days of coaching in the Indian River community of Vero Beach, Florida. Jessica has been coaching in this community for 7 years. Growing friendships for sure. Making impacts in early childhood classrooms are clear. Did I mention the commitment from this community to their youngest? Okay! Jessica is a bit late in posting this and yet it is still worthy! She loved reconnecting with her friends and colleagues from Archway on December 7th in Summerville, South Carolina.
