Ever heard of seed cycling? Me either. 😂 Seed cycling is a holistic way to support hormone balance. I actually tried it once a few years ago, but my lyme was untreated at that time and I didn’t see any changes. I’m hoping for noteworthy results this time 🤞🏼 Seed cycling includes four different seeds: pumpkin & flax during the follicular phase (1st half), the sesame &sunflower during the luteal phase (2nd half). The seeds are eaten every day, raw and ground. I like to put them in smoothies and let the grind them up! Apparently it takes about 3 months to see changes. Anyone want to join me?! 🌱

Years ago, when Luke was almost one year old, we did a flower bath photoshoot to celebrate how far we’d come on our breastfeeding journey together! 🤱🏻 I wanted to get these pictures while he was still nursing, because I didn’t know how much longer it would last. It’s been quite a week, friends. We’re going to take a break from the podcast for this week to rest & recover from the chaos. I’m frustrated with the behaviors of my panda 🐼 puff, and the resulting behaviors of the pandas sibling. I’m frustrated that this journey is always one step forward and two steps back.
