A really quick update:
My year of Podbean podcast host has run out. I know I haven't had any new podcasts but I've been thinking about things and possible ideas about doing it again, maybe once a month. Anyway, without a job and my health the way it is, until find a way to subscribe for a year again ($30), I'm just thinking about how to move forward again whenever it is I cab.

Been more than a year since I've added a new podcast. I just have been in a rut of depression and extreme anxiety and I apologize. To have a podcast host such as podbean, it costs money and I have no income as I'm not working due to the anxiety issues as well as other physical health limitations. Not to mention, there are so many jobs available, employers are choosing to hire younger employees. Read a story via a news outlet that many are staying away from people near or over 50 years old. I'm 51 and it's weird to me that I'm "too old" for employment (and filing for disability because of my long covid diagnosis).
So, here's a quick explanation as to what is happening ShawnVersations with Shawn Foxx . Will it be back? I can't say...
