Nothing but problems with cell cameras this year. A very long, painful walk to replace a camera that stopped sending pictures, however was still communicating.

Sim card lasted 4 months in that camera, then went bad. About to go back to regular trail cameras or possibly none at all.

Seems lately I have been talking to God alot more, this isn't the conversation I wanted to have with him this morning......

This group was never started to gloat, yet share our experiences. This negative experience could of been avoided, simply by not rushing and following a few safety measures. Don't over look the little things, those are the things that could determine if you make it back to see your loved ones.

Your life line and harness does no good when it's not being used. Looks great, neatly stored in your bag when your digging for your phone to call for HELP!

Learned a valuable lesson this morning, no matter how experienced you think you are, accidents happen and they will.

She is lucky, im setting in the 10pt or better stand, 2 miles from the truck. It was looking so pretty to put one behind her shoulder. Stopped and even looked the other way, tempting.

Lots of deer tonight, 4 smaller bucks and 12 doe.

Working the mock scrape established 2 weeks ago. October is a key month on whitetails behavior to shift and start displaying dominance. Scrapes along field edges are great places for cameras to catch the action.
