You need to avoid getting stuck in a mindset where you're at war with yourself. Feeling guilty and shaming yourself is a spiral that zaps your energy.
I've identified this pattern in myself and observed it in thousands of students worldwide.
All your limitations are self-imposed.
This applies to making money, relationships, friendships, and even how you start your day. These limitations are tied to your identity.
In your mind, you create an identity that you see as "yourself."
Whether you consider yourself an introvert or extrovert, or believe you need a specific morning routine, it's all part of this identity you've built up.
This identity shapes your reality.
But when you step outside of this identity, you start to see new possibilities.
Waking up earlier might help you get straight to work without a slow routine.
Talking to people more might reveal you're not an introvert after all.
I encourage you to test this type of thinking in your own life.
Focus on creating a better identity, and you'll create a better life.
Always the best,
Dylan Madden
