The Pain We Carry Isn’t Always Ours to Hold.
Sitting in a parking lot watching people go in and out of a store, I realized something.
Some people were limping. Some were bent. Some just looked tired.
But what I saw wasn’t just physical, it was spiritual weight.
We’re carrying grief, pressure, responsibility, trauma, addiction, shame, and it’s showing up in our posture, pace, and choices.
Even when we’re silent… pain speaks.
But here’s the truth:
You weren’t created to carry all of it.
Some weight is meant to be released, not managed.
This is your reminder to lay it down.
Not on people, but in the presence of God.
There’s freedom in recognizing what you never should’ve been carrying in the first place.
