On 08/18/2024 at 1347 hours, Deputy Whetstone investigated a drive-by shooting at a residence on Colwood Rd near Akron Rd in Ellington Township. The Tuscola County Sheriff's Office is seeking assistance in identifying the suspects and or suspect vehicle. The Ford passenger car is tan or light gray in color and was occupied by at least two subjects. Multiple shots were fired and the vehicle fled northbound on Colwood Rd. The vehicle continued northbound until turning west onto Bay City-Forestville Rd. The vehicle was last seen near Graf Rd.
