Hoping to be back here soon🥾🏔️ Still dealing with an injured hip after the half marathon back in June, so I’ve taken a full break from running/hiking to try to recover. Turns out that sitting on the couch for over a month gets really boring when you want to be running🏃🏼‍♀️I’m hoping to get some answers soon, and start PT so I can hopefully still run my marathon in October🤞🏼

Almost turned around after 3 miles (which would’ve been a total of 6 miles) but my knee started feeling better and my energy was better. My long runs I am definitely learning what works best to fuel my body and turns out pizza with extra cheese the night before makes me feel pretty crappy🍕
