This time last year was Katie & I’s first Surf + Wellness Retreat, co-hosting together. To reflect back, I wasn’t sure where I fit into co-hosting. Katie does an amazing job with organizing and managing these retreats. She goes above and beyond, always offering insightful and healing wellness practices, daily.

This year, I’ve seen so much growth in myself. I have taken the past few years to dive deeper into self reflection and self healing, addicted to the pursuit of understanding myself, others, and how I can be of service.

Because of the retreat last year, it catapulted me into a journey of defining how I want to represent myself and my own surf coaching offerings and experiences. This will be a never ending journey, as I identify areas that could use some extra attention.

This year, the puzzle pieces all came together, I got to connect with everyone on a deeper level and even faced some of my own inner challenges during this week.

I am forever grateful for Katie and being able to co-host and create with one of my best friends. I am forever grateful to all of our guests that came along with us to share such a special place in my heart, Nicaragua, it’s waves, and most importantly, it’s people, with Katie and I.

I feel part of my purpose is to continue to share these experiences and continue to connect community through surfing. To offer a shared experience through surfing and travel is beyond my wildest dreams.

Thank you, ladies (& dad) for coming along and making this week an unforgettable experience. I hope it was as magical, insightful, fun, and uplifting in all the right ways. To watch each of the girls progress in their surfing daily with the video review and Katie’s breath-work/visualization tools was seriously a cherry on top to all the laughs and memories we shared.

I can’t wait until 2025 for what we have planned. Who’s ready?!!

Completely SOLD OUT the first ALL LADIES TRIP 8/30-9/1!!!! I am so beyond stoked for this! Duran is seriously such amazing, supportive, positive, safe, inspiring vibes! I can’t wait to get surf coaching from him 🙏🏼

My instructors are the best 🫶🏼✨🥹 love them all so much! It’s so cool to have a team that wants to work. They love it! They are asking to work MORE! I am pinching myself that this team loves it as much as I do. Surfing and the ocean is really something special we get to share with others, they know it, too!

Hiiiiiii FB friends!!! IM LOOKING FOR a surfer girl that would wanna go on ALL GIRLS SURF TRIP to Nicaragua with me for my friend Elle 's hosted trip August 2nd-8th and share a room with me :)))

She grew up in SoCal and has since been traveling. She used to do the QS for a while but now hosts all girls surf trips - some to coach - and other to meet more rad chicks that travel and surf!!!
Mostly boat trips in indo and Maldives BUT she's hosting one super soon in one of my favorite CA countries......NICA and she still has spots open. She wants to get us girls barreled and dialed with barrel riding!! Something I always seek to improve on anytime I go to Central America or on any surf trip, if waves permit!

I reached out to Elle 3? ish years ago to do a beach work out with the small club of up and coming surfer girls that I coach and that's how we first met! Since then we have had fun connecting over some inspiring phone calls and just shooting the back and forth and made it to Lowers ONCE to surf together. I have always been super inspired by her drive and watched her career grow into what it is now. I would love to go on this retreat, but am definitely seeking a friend to share a room with :) A bit more within my budget that way! HMU so we can talk, this would be such a rad opportunity for anyone interested in leveling up their surfing! Even myself as a surf coach, know the value in this, and a coach still needs their own coach! Plus who doesn't wanna have some fun with a bunch of other rad surfer girls who push and challenge each other!
