Much like the radio presets on your car stereo, the cineVue wireless camera system’s presets allow you to switch quickly between different channels. Since the cineVue system is set up using the same frequency plan on both the transmitter and receiver, the presets make frequency changes simple. But -- what if you need to customize the radios’ configurations specific to your application? Deryk from Wave Central shows you how. @wavecentralrf #wirelesscamera #wirelessvideo #livevideo #videolink #RF #COFDM #howto #howto #presets #configurations #adjustpresets #cineVue #cineVueMCTX #cineVueMicro #cineVueQDR #cineVueDHR #videoassist #filmmaking #filmtools #filmproduction #cinema #cinematography #transmitreceiveconnect

Spec Spin - Axis ODTX
The ODTX is the newest transmitter variant in the Wave Central Axis lineup. Its fully water-resistant enclosure, connectors, and remote front display panel allow the ODTX to be exposed to the harshest conditions, while providing the same outstanding RF and encoding performance as our other video transmitter solutions. The ODTX is purpose-built for permanent or temporary outdoor applications; as a fixed transmitter on a pole, tower, or rooftop -- to ground, sea, or airborne mobile mounted applications. The unit is currently available in the 5.8 GHz band. Spec Spin - Axis AXTX3
In this week’s Spec Spin, we’re featuring an extremely popular and versatile product in the Wave Central Axis line, the AXTX3 camera-back transmitter. In addition to its clean RF output, high-quality HD video, and ultra-low delay performance, what makes this unit especially unique is that it can accommodate an optional 450 MHz wireless camera control receiver module* – all within its sleek, lightweight enclosure. The AXTX3 is available in the 2, 5.8, or 7.1 GHz frequency bands, and can be configured with Anton Bauer Gold or IDX/V-Mount battery plates. It is the go-to transmitter in our lineup for 3G HD-SDI video input, automatically detecting formats/frame rates up to 1080p/60 with its h.264 encoder. The AXTX3 adds minimal weight to the back of the camera, and can be received using any of Wave Central’s diversity receivers. Clients use the AXTX3 in applications such as sports ‘fan cams,’ stabilized studio cameras, specialty trolley/cable cameras, and house-of-worship roving cut-away cameras. Spec Spin Monday - Axis AXRX3 UHF Diversity Receiver
Large sports venues. Broadcast central receive sites. Mobile production vehicles. These are just a few of the many applications of this week’s Spec Spin featured product: the AXRX3 UHF diversity receiver. The AXRX3 can be custom-tailored to specific applications in 2, 4, 6, or 8-way IF inputs. The feature-rich AXRX3 can use up to (8) receive antennas paired with Block Down Converters (BDCs). It combines the slightly out-of-phase IF input signals to ensure the link’s overall robustness. What one antenna doesn’t ‘see,’ another might – and the AXRX3’s complex maximum ratio combining circuitry and algorithms help it to essentially ‘fill in the blanks.’ This remarkable technology helps our wireless transmitters achieve line-of-sight AND non-line-of-sight shots; at greater distances, with higher reliability and outstanding picture quality in a wide variety of operating environments and applications. Find out more about the AXRX3 at www.wavecentralrf.com/axis.
