Purposes of the District

The District will undertake responsibilities as its Board of Directors deems necessary in its sole discretion and as allowable the Act, including but not limited to:

1. The purchase and/or lease of real property that will enhance the quality of life, maintain recreational opportunities, and preserve property values of District residents.

2. The capital improvements and

maintenance of said real property, including the clubhouse, golf course, swimming pool, tennis courts, fitness center, and parking lots.

3. The equipment, administrative services, and personnel (contracted and/or hired employees) necessary to manage the District and its operations as approved by the Board.

5. The creation and distribution of District information, such as maintaining a website and publishing District newsletters.

6. The District may issue bonds or other obligations to finance the costs of the District improvements and other costs to be incurred by the District.
