When we teamed up with @modernluxurysd & @visitsandiego it was clear we were all excited to showcase our hometown from land and sea. Armed with one production day, one camera and a lean but badass team - our talented crew embarked on a mission to capture SD’s finest. With every frame, we sought to tell a story that transports viewers and redefines luxury in a laid-back San Diego kind of way. This was our kind of dream project✨

As you might have noticed, San Diego’s iconic Botanical Building at @balboapark is undergoing a major renovation all while staying true to it’s historic 1915 design. The challenge for our team? Carefully and creatively navigating the interior and exterior of this 106 year old structure to capture its bones, architectural details and 2,100+ plant varieties was a welcomed challenge. Working closely with the @foreverbalboapark team to capture the existing beauty in relation to the future vision was executed via ground and air by piloting a drone inside; a difficult yet exciting task maneuvering the flora and offering a unique perspective of the building and plant life.

In addition to the flagship campaign @alilamareabeachresort - our team created bitable stories touching on the resort’s culinary moments and spa offerings. The breathtaking views are not the only allure, so why not capture it all?
Our clients constantly inspire us. Take our brilliant friends at IRRAS for example. They developed a medical devise called IRRAflow - an innovative fluid management system technology allowing neurosurgeons to actively manage intracranial pressure and CSF drainage during surgery. Lots of big words but the gist? This is a significant technological step forward in treating patients- constantly monitoring and managing patient’s intracranial pressure while reducing ICU and recovery times. This incredible innovation developed by the IRRAS team is saving lives and disrupting the medical industry big time. Just watch the vid, it’s better than all the words.
