Here's our current engraved brick timeline:
🟢 Bricks paid for prior to January 14, 2024 have been installed off the 400 block of Washington Street on Hill Walk between Casale's Shoes and the City Centre Mall.
🟢 Bricks paid for from January 14, 2024 through November 19, 2024 are being processed with the engraver and are expected to be installed in the first quarter of 2025.
🟢 Bricks paid for from November 20, 2024 through June 30, 2025 will likely be installed sometime between September 1, 2025 and February 1, 2026.

Probability of Seeing...

This isn't our first-call forecast map...that will come this afternoon...but rather a PROBABILITY map to show you where our confidence is at the moment.

Earlier in the week I talked about the #1 concern I had was suppression. High pressure sinking far enough south to push the storm track in that direction. The EURO has picked up on that and has been running with it since late in the day on Thursday. Will that continue today? We will see a whole host of new data come out over the next few hours that will help paint a better picture for us.

Southerly trends verify about 20% of the time. MOST often we see a northwest jog within 24 hours.

At the moment though, this is my best, most realistic depiction of what I think is most probable. Best chance of 3"+ will be through extreme SNJ...Salem, Cumberland, Cape May counties with perhaps the southern part of the Cape in the 6"+ zone...razor thin there.

Best chance of that 6"+ jackpot zone will be over Delmarva.

Please remember that in a situation like this, a shift of 50 miles changes the entire forecast.

I'm here to give a fair and honest assessment of what I expect. I'd love nothing more than to see the high end. But if the data isn't going that way, I'm not going to create a map and wishcast to get shares and likes...that's not how this thing works.

As new data comes out, I'll go over it with my team and we will start getting into the details this afternoon. Stay tuned!
