My family and I gave it a try and what a fun experience. You search for rentable pools in your area, sift through photos, check out the reviews for that particular host, and book it all through the app!

Today is American Zoo Day so we decided to visit the Shell Factory Nature Park. They aren’t a “zoo”, but we still had the chance to see some amazing critters both great and small.
Emu, peacocks, farm animals (that you can feed and pet!), tortoises, lemurs, reptile room, large cats, and so much more!
Mikey and I spent about an hour walking around the park when they first opened. It wasn’t busy, which was nice, and all the volunteers were around to share the amazing stories and facts about each animal. You can even purchase food for the farm animals or food for the Koi fish.
It’s not a full day adventure, but still a fun spot to take the children to just get out of the house for a little bit. We will definitely be back soon!

They made a timeline for us so each girl knew when it was their turn, and then went to work. Small Business Tuesday turned into Small Business Thursday this week due to a scheduling error. BUT! This is one you won’t want to miss! I tasted Killer Candy’s freeze dried yummies during the MacKID Fall Festival and wow. The owners are beautiful kind hearted people and they even let their children taste test the creations! My own daughter loves everything I brought home (freeze dried gummy bears, skittles, and their own creation of pink lemonade flavored candies) and the owners told me they are even safe to eat when my daughter get braces!
