NEW: The US Attorney's Office, US Secret Service, and the FBI released a joint federal statement on Saturday's arrest of Vem Miller, the 49-year-old man, on misdemeanor firearm charges at the Trump rally near the Coachella Music Festival. The agencies confirm that former President Trump was not in any danger at the time of the arrest.

Further charges at the federal level may occur in the future as the investigation continues.
