The Farmington Farmers Football team is UNDEFEATED at 9 and 0 this season. Today, they'll play their first game of the state tournament against the Deer Creek - Mackinaw Chiefs. 94.1 BYS will broadcast the game live, beginning at 3:15p this afternoon. Sad news as Country Music Artist Toby Keith has passed away as a result of stomach cancer.

Toby Keith, the country star known for hits like "Beer for My Horses" and "Should've Been a Cowboy," died on Monday. He was 62.

BIG GAME ALERT!! It's a battle for 1st Place in the Ohio Valley Conference and our sister station (Q98.1) has the game starting at 2PM today.

This is the game we've all been awaiting! The WIU Men's Basketball team have won 10 of their last 11 games and they are tied with Morehead State for first place in the Ohio Valley Conference. On Saturday afternoon, the Leathernecks faceoff against Morehead State for the first time this season. The winner will claim the top spot in the standings... for now.
