Campbell's "Art Outside The Box" Project
There are so many things to love about Campbell... One is all the artistic utility boxes around town! Replacing a typical city eyesore with beauty, each Campbell utility box tells a story about our wonderful town. Big thanks to all the talented artists and to the City of Campbell for convening on this project. #campbellwatertower #campbellutilityboxart #utilityboxart #localart
