The 13th Judicial Drug Task Force, El Dorado Police Department, Union County Sheriff's Office, Dallas County Sheriff's Office, Calhoun County Sheriff's Office, Ouachita County Sheriff's Office and Camden Police Department have all purchased subscriptions to the Flock database, installed cameras, or have been granted user permission by other law enforcement agencies.

Flock Safety cameras have been showing up since 2017 across the country, and in the past year, these cameras have made their way onto the streets of South Arkansas, seemingly without the consent of city or county elected officials.
