We are so glad that last week's NBCDI Creatives Gathering in Atlanta was a success! We hope the copies of "Leaves To My Knees" by Ellen Mayer Books and illustrated by Children's Books by Nicole Tadgell that were given away to attendees will help kids get into the fall spirit, further NBCDI's mission, and teach them some early math concepts along the way. What an honor to be part of NBCDI's work.

On this we'd like to help raise awareness of mental health issues around the world and help provide support. It's important to teach little ones healthy relationships with emotions and expression. One way of doing this is by spending intentional time with kids. Even just 5 minutes of showing them your full attention by listening, talking about their day, feelings, etc. is great for their mental health. Meet them where they are and show them that you care about them.
⭐️Here are some books that can help continue those conversations about mental health and develop emotional intelligence.
