This past week really brings back memories from when I was a 4Her. It was Monday of fair week and I was always excited to do my projects, decorate my stall, and have fun with my horse and all my friends for the week to come.

Now that my time has past (and I’m to old) I am so happy that my sister and let my niece follow in the footsteps of riding her horse, and bringing her mini to the fair and being in 4H.

As a 4Her you really learn a lot, you build character and have fun especially with your animals. And as I have tears in my eyes wishing I could go back I’m so happy to watch the other kids get to do it!

I am proud to have been a 4Her and now 4H volunteer. ❤️

(I even found a picture from my senior year of fair 😊)

Definition of family: the ones who stick with you no matter the distance or circumstances!

Missouri is always a fun trip but it hit hard this time. Remember how important family is no matter if they are blood or not.

Of course many are not pictured but no less important than the time we get to visit with family that lives far away! 😊

I totally get it! Someone refered you to work with a certain realtor or loan officer! But that doesn't mean you need to go with the first person you meet, talk to a few different people and get a feeling for who they are and of course if they are good at their job.

It's the worst when you are working with people you don't like espessically if you havea choice!

Had to share this. There was a great speaker last night at the Young(ish) Professionals Group last night. The Repurposed Educator came and talked with us about how everyone has a different personality and how to navigate that in the workplace.

We had a fun activity and I thought I'd share mine. My color by a landslide was green. (I also had Derek do it.)

One of my main focuses this year is my health and fitness just like last year but digging deeper and figuring out how to make myself better than I was last year!

We all need to challenge ourselves to be in a better us every day so I challenge you to make a top five list of your most important goals for the year and write them down somewhere where you can see them every day or you can send them them to me and I can help you stay accountable ☺️
