Earth is our home for now, but not forever. So, if we want to sustain the light of consciousness, we must figure out how to sustain humans on the surface of other planets and moons. With the way NASA and other space agencies are making efforts to land on the moon soon, we will surely have a permanent human presence on the moon and probably Mars before 2050. If this eventually happens, we should be expecting some humans to reproduce and born the next generation of explorers outside Earth before 2100.

Aurora Borealis on Saturn as captured by the Hubble Space Telescope. But how did Hubble captured this amazing view of Saturn? After observing the planet's southern polar region for several days, NASA's Hubble Space Telescope captured a series of photographs of the aurora dancing in the sky. The snapshots show that Saturn's auroras differ in character from day to day, as they do on Earth, moving around on some days and remaining stationary on others. This is absolutely stunning.

I dont know why flat Earthers are focusing on doubting every milestone humanity has ever attained in space exploration, especially the apollo moon landing mission. Flat Earthers are just like many people that doubted the human ability to fly in 1900s and yet Wilbur and Orville Wright surprised them in 1903 with the invention of the first airplane. I believe that Artemis 3 historic moon landing in 2026 will convert many flat Earthers to believe in the space science and reduce the space conspiracy communities. What do you think about this?

The moment when Buzz Aldrin looked back at the Lunar Module Eagle after deploying some scientific experiments on the moon with Neil Armstrong (Apollo 11 commander). Over 400,000 people on Earth directly and indirectly worked on this mission to land humans on the lunar surface aboard the Lunar Module Eagle. But unlike Apollo 11 Lunar lander, NASA has contracted SpaceX to build more sophisticated and modernized Lunar lander for its Artemis 3 and 4 astronauts that will be landing on the moon in 2025 and 2027 respectively.

Photos of the historic moon landing as captured on July 20th, 1969 by a space lover, Tom Kubica when he was just 15 years old. Tom used his 35mm film camera to take these photos from their TV when the historic moon landing was transmitted live. Keep in mind that over 650 million people viewed the Moon landing mission from Earth. Tom Kubica was lucky to be one of these people that watched NASA Astronauts Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin take the glory of humanity to the surface of another celestial body for the first time.

Single shots like this require planning. The first step is to realize that such an amazing triple-alignment actually takes place. The second step is to find the best location to photograph it.

But it was the third step: being there at exactly the right time -- and when the sky was clear -- that was the hardest. Five times over six years the photographer tried and found bad weather. Finally, just ten days ago, the weather was perfect, and a photographic dream was realized.

Taken in Piemonte, Italy, the cathedral in the foreground is the Basilica of Superga, the mountain in the middle is Monviso, and, well, you know which moon is in the background. Here, even though the setting Moon was captured in a crescent phase, the exposure was long enough for doubly reflected Earthlight, called the da Vinci glow, to illuminate the entire top of the Moon.

This is one of the greatest image of our time. The image was captured by NASA Astronaut Michael Collins from the Command Module. The photograph shows the Eagle lander carrying Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin to the lunar surface, and Earth also appeared in view. This implies that everyone that existed in 1969 was captured in this single image except Michael Collins. It is truly one of the most historic images of our civilization.

Apollo 11's historic moon landing, 54 years ago, left an indelible mark on human history. Neil Armstrong, Buzz Aldrin, and Michael Collins exemplified courage, intellect, and camaraderie as they embarked on a journey beyond Earth's bounds. On July 20, 1969, Neil Armstrong took "one small step for man, one giant leap for mankind," becoming the first person to set foot on the lunar surface. Buzz Aldrin joined him moments later, while Michael Collins orbited above in the Command Module. Their mission symbolized human potential and the unwavering determination to explore the unknown. The legacy of Apollo 11 continues to inspire generations, igniting the desire to reach for the stars and pushing us to unlock the mysteries of the universe. ๐Ÿš€๐ŸŒ• You can see how the crew commenced with the journey from July 16th, 1969 until when they returned home on July 24th, 1969 from here.

Hubble observed "ring spokes" on Saturn, seen as the faint gray smudges along the rings. These spokes are likely levitated dust or ice caused by interactions between Saturn's magnetic field and the Sun's solar wind particles.

Spoke activity varies with Saturn's seasons. Because Saturn is about to enter its equinox, the planet and its rings are less tilted away from the Sun โ€“ this may cause the solar wind to more strongly batter Saturn's immense magnetic field, enhancing spoke formation.

Though the spokes seem small compared with Saturn, their length and width can stretch longer than Earth's diameter!

On February 7th 1984, NASA astronaut Bruce McCandless II carried out the first ever untethered spacewalk. Using the Manned Maneuvering Unit (MMU), McCandless ventured out 98 m from Space Shuttle Challenger, which at the time was on orbit for the STS-41-B mission. This spacewalk was one of the most mindblowing EVAs an astronaut has ever conducted in Space and we should be expecting more of it in the future.

On December 14th, 1972, NASA Astronaut Gene Cernan and Harrison Schmitt completed their EVA on the moon. While Schmitt entered the lunar lander module to prepare for liftoff, Cernan, conducted the last moonwalk of the 20th century. He concluded the EVA with these powerful words.
"And, as we leave the Moon at Taurusโ€“Littrow, we leave as we came and, God willing, as we shall return, with peace and hope for all mankind," said Gene Cernan at the end of the final moonwalk.
Gene Cernan and Harrison Schmitt successfully lifted off from the lunar surface on December 14, 1972. And Artemis 3 mission in 2026 will reignite our hope of establishing permanent human presence on the moon.

Statistical model created by ESA's Space Debris office shows that there are over 36,500 objects larger than 10cm, over 1 million objects ranging between 1 to 10 cm and over 130 million of objects ranging between 1mm to 1cm in low earth orbit. As Space based services are increasing in recent times, scientists revealed that these number of space debris will also increase. If nothing is done, our low earth orbit will become so clouded with debris that we will find it difficult to travel to space.

Meet Apollo 11 Astronauts, the first humans to ever reach the moon and unlock the door to interplanetary trips to another celestial body. When they arrive on the lunar orbit, Michael Collin piloted the orbiter around the moon while Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin descended to the lunar surface aboard the moon lander vehicle. A few seconds to this touchdown, the system began to malfunction and Neil Armstrong used his years of experience as a pilot to manually took control of the vehicle and landed it safely on the Sea of Tranquility region of the moon. You can learn more about Neil Armstrong life experience and his role throughout the Apollo 11 mission .

All those beautiful whirling clouds and storms you see on Jupiter in this image are only about 50 km thick. Theyโ€™re made of ammonia crystals broken up into two different cloud decks. The darker material is thought to be compounds brought up from deeper inside Jupiter, and then change color when they reacted with sunlight. But below those clouds, itโ€™s just hydrogen and helium, all the way down.
