Started in 1964, Ed and Ben Schafer Auctioneers has been a leading Auction Company in Southeastern Ohio. I joined there ranks 2 1/2 years ago. I had worked some with the oldest company in Ohio, been offered a job with the largest in Ohio. In sitting and talking with Ben, it was a glovelike fit. We set the goal with you, plan the auction, then execute the marketing right down to the day and time that it begins, and execute the sale of the property, always keeping you, the seller in control of confirming whether or not the property sells.
Through the entire process, you have complete access to your auctioneer and his/her entire team, including our lead auctioneer and broker. Your auction is the most important auction. You will never be just a number with us. We know how much it costs to execute a true auction event, we respect the fact that in most cases, this is the largest purchase and sale you've ever made, and many time where you and/or your family was raised.
