On Friday the Butler Lady Bears traveled to Leeton to take on the 9-11 Lady Bulldogs. The Bears left Leeton with a 56-38 victory. The Butler Lady Bears traveled to Sherwood where they were able to pick up 58-47 win. The Bears now move to 6-12 on the season after defeating the Lady Marksmen, who now sit at 7-11. Kylee Dubray led all scores with 25 points, while Carmichael had 15. Jordan Harms led the Lady Marksmen with 16, and Kian Felton pitched in 14 points. For the first round of the Archie Tournament, the Whirlwinds were matched up against the Drexel Bobcats. The Whirlwinds came into their own a tournament with a 3-6 record, while Drexel came in parading an 11-4 record. After the first 8 minutes, the Whirlwinds caught the Bobcats and bolted to a 17-10 lead.
