✨ We reopen at 10am — and we’re opening things up. ✨
We’re saying goodbye to restrictions, but not to our standards.
We will always be the spot for:
• seed-oil-free cooking
• soy-free ingredients
• intentionally sourced, clean, whole foods
• local producers we trust
• zero food dyes & toxic preservatives
If anything, we’re becoming even more diligent. Reading labels harder, learning more about our ingredients, and staying deeply connected to where our food comes from.
What is new?
We’re expanding what we offer so we can serve more of our community:
🥑 avocado toast with local eggs and
☕️ bulletproof coffee + beef gelatin marshmallow coffee
🥪 sandwiches with
🍝 pasta dishes with semolina sourced from Italy and thoughtfully produced with what we believe is the safest gluten available
🍞 fresh sourdough loaves in the shop often made with flour from
We will still have many gluten-free options, but we will no longer be exclusively GF. This shift allows us to support more local systems, offer more variety, and keep food accessible without compromising our values.
This isn’t about cutting corners, it’s about building something bigger, better, and more sustainable.
