Living in a digital age, we all can attest to the positive and negative effects technology has on our kids.

The book also includes a wide variety of practical strategies to use in all aspects of parenting from toddlers to teens. Natalie would like to empower parents and show them they are not alone.

I'm excited to be having a chat with Mike White tonight at 9pm EST (8pm CST, 3pm PST, 1am GMT).

We are all dealing with some kind of trauma one way or another and in tonight's conversation, Mike is going to be talking to us about how addictions can attack our faith and where trauma stems from.

I am particularly excited about this conversation because, many at times we think people are okay until we really sit to have a deep conversation with them.

How much will unforgiveness cost you?

A whole lot- it is expensive. There is no option for negotiation.

Sometimes, karma won't go after the people who hurt you- The hurt will haunt you.

And sometimes those who hurt us are either unaware of what they did or they acknowledge their actions but tend not to take responsibility to own up and apologize.

The hurtful things we hold on to tend to hurt us more than the person who caused it in the first place.
