Halloween is on a Saturday this year, giving us optimal time to celebrate. About seven years ago there was a famous Change.org petition to OFFICIALLY move Halloween to the last Saturday of the month. (We were shocked, and answered with a resounding "BOO!") Since then, other folks in towns across the U.S. have petitioned to change the holiday. What do you think about an idea to move Halloween?
