TRS LIVE Presents: Night Protocol

Join us for another installment of TRS LIVE with Night Protocol as they welcome a studio audience to participate in the live recording of their album, “Static”!

Night Protocol shows are driven by live analog synthesizers, pulsing basslines, ripping guitar solos, soaring saxophone leads, and harmonized vocals. Their live show takes a theatrical approach to music performance with coordinated visuals, lighting effects, and a contagious sense of passion and energy for the foundations of electronic music. Audience members will be treated to an immersive high-fidelity experience with wireless headphones broadcasting a studio mix as well as live multimedia visuals curated by the band as they perform.

Tickets include a copy of the live album upon its completion.

Ticket proceeds will directly support the album’s creation.

Doors open at 7PM for the 7:30PM performance.

Tank Recording Studio is a three thousand square foot audio/video production studio and event space in the old north end of Burlington, VT, owned and operated by Ben Collette. Featuring a thousand square foot live room with 25ft cathedral ceilings, finished in hundred-year-old reclaimed VT barn board, along with two separate control rooms and multiple isolated recording spaces for both performers and amplifiers. Our collection of instruments, amplification and other musical noisemakers is only bested by our wide variety of both vintage and modern classic microphones and signal processors.

TRS LIVE Presents: EmaLou & The Beat as they welcome a studio audience to participate in the recording of their forthcoming Holiday Album!

This holiday show will be a festive evening featuring inspired renditions of holiday classics, and a sing along portion of the evening!

Attendees will get to experience the EmaLou & The Beat’s Holiday Album live in-person a whole year before its release, and will receive a copy of the album when it’s completed. We hope you’ll join the band for what is sure to be a memorable and spirited evening at The Tank.

Doors open at 5PM for early show, and at 7PM for late show.

We offer an affordable selection of soda, juice, water and light snacks. BYOB is optional.

Join us for another TRS LIVE session with AMYSTERA as they celebrate the release of their debut album with a pair of live performances, recorded in front of a studio audience.

Lead by bass virtuoso Aram Bedrosian, the trio will be performing dark atmospheric rock soundscapes from their self-titled debut album, set for release on 10/31. This special halloween-themed performance is set to be a fully immersive audio and visual experience. Both performances will feature accompanying projections and a light show by Heavy Light Productions, as well as professionally mixed audio transmitted directly to your ears via wireless headphones!

Each ticket will include a copy of the live performance recording, which will be emailed in the week following the show as well some special Amystera merch!

We offer an affordable selection of soda, juice, water and light snacks. BYOB is an option as well.

Madaila FULL BAND is back! After a 5-year hiatus, front-man and songwriter Mark Daly has assembled a crew of original and new members to represent the next chapter of Madaila history. While Daly continued to put out several records during the band’s break, Madaila became more of a solo project and performances were sparse. But the wait is over and the chance to see an incredible cast of some of Vermont’s best musicians is now a reality, as Madaila comes back in 2024 with memorable performances and a forthcoming record - The Suite - to be released on October 18th.

We’d like to invite you to take part in celebrating the release of “The Suite” with a special installment of TRS Live! On October 11th, Madaila will play tracks from “The Suite” across two shows (7:30pm & 9:30pm) at Tank Recording. For ultimate sonic comfort, this show will be broadcast live to your ears via wireless headphones all while being mixed by Tank’s Owner & Lead Engineer: Ben Collette.

Each performance is an immersive dance with sinister songs and dark wit. With a musical murder behind him, Matt Hagen playfully delivers each plot twist with brooding, charismatic tone and charm.

We’re also excited to welcome back our friends from The 126, who will be on-site serving a limited collection of spooky themed cocktails, wine, beer, & a non-alcoholic option.
