📢BIG NEWS for Burleson High School Wrestling!📢

We are thrilled to announce that six of our incredible athletes are headed to the STATE Wrestling Tournament in Houston next weekend at the Berry Center!

Noah Youngblood (Junior, 215 lb) – Placed 1st and became the FIRST EVER Burleson High School Wrestling Regionals Champion!
Ethan Martinez (Senior, 190 lb) – Placed 2nd
Gavin Orru (Junior, 175 lb) – 2nd Placed
Alyssa Indalsingh (Junior, 132 lb) – Placed 2nd
Kassidy Hill (Junior, 235 lb) – Placed 3rd
Kaylee Deer (114 lb) – Placed 4th and became the first freshman in Burleson Wrestling history to earn a spot at state!
Kenley Morales (Freshman, 120 lb) placed 6th

The girls' wrestling team achieved an impressive 5th place in the regional tournament out of 53 teams, and the boys' team secured 7th place. In just three years, we have risen to be among the top teams in the region, showcasing remarkable growth and resilience."

Before Friday's game against Centennial, Burleson Elks Men’s Basketball honored seniors Parker Haas, B.J. Evans and Julian Trettel before their final Burleson Elks basketball game at Burleson High School.

Haas scored a team-high 12 points against Centennial.

Evans led Burleson with seven rebounds.

Trettel made two three-pointers to score six points.
